Close of the 2026 Spring Season
The spring 2026 season is a wrap. It was a year of firsts for GYLA. It was our first year as part of Massachusetts Youth Lacrosse. It was the first year that our 5th and 6th graders played full field. It was also the first year that we fielded a Boys 7th and 8th grade team. We played a very different schedule with only one game per week and two doubleheader weekends. All in we played 95 games in 6 weeks. And at the end when I spoke with parents there was a real desire for more lacrosse.

Fall Lacrosse Opportunities
Keep an eye out for fall lacrosse opportunities. We will post them here along with registration information. We will run our clinics again in the late fall and during the winter. Let us know if there is an event or tournament going on in which we can participate and we help get a group together to join the fun!
Registration for Spring 2027 will be Much Earlier this Year
Watch for registration information for the Spring 2027 season. We will be opening registration much earlier this year to meet the Massachusetts Youth Lacrosse timeline for team registrations. We will also send out reminders about registration as we get closer to that time.

Join the Board
We are always looking for new people to serve on the Board of Directors. The board conducts business monthly from October to May. Most of our work consists of preparing for the spring season, and making decisions about expenditures and fees. The board meetings for the 2026-27 season are scheduled for 1st Wednesday of each month. Meetings are held at the White Barn at Cherry Hill starting at 6:30 PM and end at 8:00 PM.
